The results are based on official timings and publicly available online data. Results from 2020 and 2021 are not available. In earlier editions, the course distance was shorter; pace calculations for those years have been adjusted in good faith. For 2025, results were not separated into 33 km and 30 km categories. As a result, athletes competing over different distances are listed together; for example, Dino Septi finished third in the 33 km Skins but appears eighth when the 33 km and 30 km results are combined.
